Happy 2016 Everyone!!!

First off we’d like to say thank you for your hard work and your dedication to our company. We appreciate all of our employees and our clients alike.

CarePlus, Inc. is in the process of implementing many new changes to improve our quality of care and service. We want to improve our communication, and build lasting relationships with our employees as well as our clients, so we will share as much information as we can so that we all can be on the same page.  Our first goal is to become as paperless as possible. This will not only help the environment, but it will allow us to be more efficient in the office as well as making our staff more efficient in the field. Timesheets will be able to be done via your smart phone, if you download the free Adobe Reader app. You will be able to type the client name, your initials or use check marks for the completed tasks, then type your name at the bottom. Both you and the client can sign the bottom of the timesheet using a stylus or your finger. Once that is finalized we will provide you with details on how it works. Please look for your pay stub in the mail on Friday January 15, 2016 because is will have the new pay schedule inside (WITH NEW TIMESHEET DUE DATES) as well as a new fax number and email address for employees to submit timesheets, time off requests, and updated credentials. 

You will always be able to come to this post to print out the attached timesheet if you need more copies to submit the usual way. Please keep in mind that the picture you take with the CamScanner app must be taken in a well lighted area, must be cropped around the timesheet itself and not include any surrounding areas so that when we print it out, it is a clear copy.

Just a reminder that you are able to log in to our scheduling system to confirm your schedule times if you ever have questions. The login information in most cases is User Name: your first initial and last name and the Password: careplus which you can change once you first login. The web address is https://www.shoshana.com/RM1393/app.

Information on the following will be sent out as soon as possible:

-How to print out your check stubs, change your direct deposit info, or your tax deductions

-Online timesheets, how to fill it out and how to submit it

-Medical coverage start date, for full time employees

-Training opportunities

-Employee badges

TIME OFF REQUESTS

Attention all Aides

Effective immediately, please use the following form to request time off. You may fax it to us at (770) 496-5559 or email it to us at contact@careplusinfo.com. The form must be submitted at least 1-2 weeks before you would like to take off in order to be accepted. Thank you.

We are introducing a new Phone-In system using the PATTI telephony call in program. Now caregivers will have to call in to a toll-free number when arriving to, as well as when leaving the clients house, therefore insuring that they are working the total hours required and arriving on time. They must use the clients’ phone to dial the number. We will be immediately notified of late arrivals and missed visits and will be able to rectify the situation promptly.

We are very excited about this new system, because at CarePlus, Inc. we strive to give you “excellent care +”.
